Future Goals

After graduation, I’ll be stepping into a project management role at Evans & Taylor Eyecare, which oversees 16 offices, and I’m excited for the broad range of skills and experiences this opportunity will offer. Working within the insurance department has already strengthened my understanding of how important strong foundational processes are in healthcare. Moving into project management will introduce new challenges and learning curves, while also giving me the chance to grow under meaningful mentorship. I’m looking forward to expanding my perspective, building confidence in my abilities, and contributing to projects that help a large, multi‑site organization operate more smoothly and effectively.

Future Learning and Development

After graduation, I plan to begin my Lean Six Sigma certifications and join the Executive Women in Healthcare organization to continue building my professional development. After gaining a few years of real‑world experience, I hope to return to school for my MBA to strengthen my leadership and business skills even further. I’m also looking forward to diving into The Defining Decade by Meg Jay as my next read Which is  a reminder to be intentional, ambitious, and thoughtful about the opportunities I pursue in my twenties
